(and we don’t mean the stuff for your car). So you buy it based
on the label only to discover that it’s too peppery for your
mayonnaise or too Extra Virgin to fry your eggs. We like to have you
taste before you decide, and that’s why we stock a variety of
top quality olive oils from different types of olive so that you can
chose the one you like the most to fill your bottle. When it’s
empty you can bring it back and refill it or even try a different
one. We’re even stocking the ultra-healthy rape seed oil in
some of our shops – lower in fat than any other oil, high in
nutrients such as Omega 3 etc and a lovely high smoke-point for you
to cook with.
We also have a variety of vinegars and flavoured oils in bottles
or tins – we adore the amazing mandarin olive oil made by
pressing fresh mandarins along with the olives to achieve an oil
that’s good enough to sip on its own!! |
