Historical Note
This champagne has been made for many generations, by the decendants of the family of the Red Comyn. The Red Comyn was a rival claimant to the throne of Scotland in the 14th century. He was murdered by Robert the Bruce in the church of Greyfriars, in Dumfries, in 1306.
